It used to be in England and Australia bank buildings were designed to look strong and exude confidence.
In the current climate, what does this attractive glass, BNP Paribas building say? Would the physicality of stone make people feel safer? Given the recent run on banks, perhaps such an old fashioned design approach is required once again?
