		<description>&lt;p&gt;all very nice but a little irritating when you are sitting on a delayed train/ tube and the driver informs you that he is waiting at a red signal and when it turns green he will proceed. At the moment he does not have any more details...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;an example of a simple and nice PR idea that produces the opposite effect when implemented by people without common sense.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I would also like to know how much EU money pays for our developments. I think it would be a good way of converting EU sceptics who see that the UK does actually get some money out of the pot - albeit a lot less than it puts in.&lt;/p&gt;
