Opening this week in time for the London 2012 Olympics is a new customer experience centre from Audi, located in London’s Piccadilly. A somewhat small site for a car showroom, means the company has had to be creative and use digital technology to showcase its product virtually in the street level corner unit. There are cars, not many, but a couple can be found in the basement. In summary, an interesting approach, but is all this talk of lifestyle and brand actually getting away from driving the actual car. Are manufacturers loosing sight of why people by a premium marque, for example Audi?
