Back in the smoke via National Express, the trains not the buses. GNER was all about the age of steam, and luxury travel, National Express has an article in their latest Livewire magazine detailing pizzas and paninis. Strange to make such an about turn, when GNER had gone so far to promote itself as the luxury, effortless way to travel. With a strong focus on quality catering and well trained staff.

Jon Kingsbury @ NESTA, was kind enough to invite me to an afternoon with Sir Tim Berners-Lee. Hearing the Internet pioneer’s vision of the future, was an excellent way to spend two hours.
