Does time move on?
2 October 2008 – 9:26 pmBeing a certain age. When I see these vans on my travels, I can only think of one thing. Like the picturesque town of Hungerford, the power of the 1980s news media has etched in my mind one terrible incident.
I know this is my job, but what can a brand do to move on from such an incident which runs and runs? In this case for over two decades.
There is the standard PR advice, but is a complete re-brand the only way?
