Changing trends

This image is a good demonstration of how better quality food is becoming mass market. When I did some marketing work for ASDA in the mid-1990s, the organic line was trialled and virtually withdrawn due to low demand. Recently, ASDA had a billboard outside its Harrogate store actually promoting its organic range.
