Brand Infringement

On my travels it is always fun to see which (usually) independent outlet is profiting from the brand equity of a known name. While attending a meeting over summer in north London, a Ferrari style logo was spotted on the publicity boards of a local land agent. Here is an equally good example.
Above we have Starbucks. Below the Instanbul Kebab Shop, sitting just across the precint. The signage looking remarkably similar!
