Another day…
4 July 2008 – 1:44 pm… another blog entry ! So rounding up a PR evening. Natalie kindly invited us to see the new Polaroid PoGo, a portable digital printer. iPod like in design, but bigger, the idea is you bluetooth, or, USB your photos over and instantly print on to photographic paper the size of a business card. Aimed @ 16 – 24 year olds, it will be interesting to see if this target group can be bothered to carry around another piece of kit, or, if they will deploy the technology in the way it was intended. Hats off to Polaroid for making an attempt to keep up with trends, let’s see if the PoGo is a winner.
Before hitting Natalie’s bash for bloggers we called in to Carole Stone’s drinks party and debate, which always attracts an eclectic mix of TV, media and business types. David, remember from Monday, introduced us to one of his business partners, 1970s music star, Lynsey de Paul.
Even without cramming in another party, it was a busy PR night.
